These eco-friendly manicure / couch / head rolls are a full 10 inches (254mm) wide, 40m long and have a 45mm core diameter.

Made with 2 ply pure paper tissue with easy-tear, perfect perforations and each roll is individually polythene-wrapped for increased hygiene.
