All prices are subject to VAT and are correct at the time of printing. Pro Impressions® reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.

 

ONLINE PRICE ERRORS

If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered (it happens!), we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the item(s) to you. We will contact you when we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.

PAYMENT

Payment is due to Pro Impressions® in full prior to dispatch of goods. The goods will remain the property of Pro Impressions® until paid for in full by The Buyer.

 

IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER

Please contact Pro Impressions® within 14 days of receiving the Item(s) and we will send you the missing Item(s) as soon as possible. 

 

RETURNS

If goods have been ordered in error, Pro Impressions® may agree to their return on the following conditions:

I) The Buyer contacts Pro Impressions® within 7 days of receiving item(s) and will be entitled to a full refund. If after 7 days (up to 28 days), the buyer needs to return the goods, they will only be eligible for an exchange or credit on their account.

II) Depending on the decision taken once The Buyer has contacted Pro Impressions®, all returns must be accompanied by a brief letter stating why The Buyer is returning the goods, along with their full contact details. If this information is not provided, we will be unable to return your product to you and reserve the right to dispose of your product three months after receipt. You must inform us if you change your address.

III) The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and sent back to Pro Impressions® in its original packaging (Returns address - Pro Impressions®, Returns Department, 29 Cannock Street, Leicester, LE4 9HR).

IV) Carriage charges will be charged for goods ordered in error by The Buyer.

V) Carriage charges will not be refunded for any orders returned where The Buyer is at fault.

 

If Goods are faulty on arrival, Pro Impressions® may agree to their return on the following conditions:

IV) A refund for carriage charges will be made to The Buyer once the goods are received back to Pro Impressions®.

V) No carriage charges will be applied to any goods received faulty (not including electrical goods).

 

We aim to refund all returned goods within 1 working day after receipt of the return, please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed by your bank. Please also note that we are unable to refund any return postage unless the item/s returned are faulty or damaged.

 

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY FOR ALL ELECTRICAL GOODS

The definition of warranty means we will either repair any component that is faulty or replace if not repairable.

I) The warranty is subject to proof of purchase being provided; therefore you should retain your original receipt. If you do not have the receipt, the warranty will not apply.

II) We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use on delivery and for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.

III) In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

IV) If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, we will ask you to follow the instructions for returning the Product that we will provide you, and we will take one of the following actions:

          (1) Replace the Product with a product that is the same or equivalent to the Product you purchased;

          (2) Repair the Product; or

          (3) Refund to you the whole of or part of the purchase price of the Product.

V) If the product is dead upon arrival (DOA), then Pro Impressions® will cover the carriage charge of the product to and from the buyer. Please retain all original packaging in case of this.

VI) If after 28 days of purchase the product develops a fault or breaks down, then the warranty is covered under our return to base policy. This implies that you, the buyer, shall return the product for repair or replacement at your own cost. We, the supplier shall then return the product back to you after the repair or as a replacement at our own cost. 

Please ensure the product is well packaged as Pro Impressions® will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused due to poor packaging when the item is in transit. It is advisable to retain all original packaging.

You must ensure that you send the product by a Tracked service i.e. Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. 

VII) Repaired / replacement goods are sent back by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

VIII) Any product returned for repair must be accompanied by a brief letter stating why The Buyer is returning the goods, along with their full contact details. If this information is not provided, we will be unable to return your product to you and reserve the right to dispose of your product three months after receipt. You must inform us if you change your address.

IX) Warranty repair service is excluded if damage or defects have been caused by: 

        (1) Accidents or disasters or any cause beyond the control of Pro Impressions®, including but not limited to water, fire and public disturbances. 

        (2) The inadequate packaging of the product when returning it.

        (3) Defects caused by modifications carried out by the customer

        (4) Improper use, incorrect storage, faults/ damage caused by dropping, excessive shocks, corrosions, dirt or water/damp.

X) As far as the law allows, we will not be responsible for the following:

         (1) Loss of income, profits (actual or anticipated), contracts or for any other business-related loss;

         (2) indirect or consequential loss or damage how so ever caused. This warranty is offered to Consumers who have purchased their products direct from Pro Impressions® only. If you have bought the product from a distributor of ours then you need to contact them directly.

XI) This warranty is offered subject to these terms and conditions which may change from time to time. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations after any order have been dispatched is not acceptable.

If there is an error regarding product or price Pro impressions® have the right to cancel the up until the goods have been received.

 

DELIVERY

The Delivery of Goods will only be made to the address specified by The Buyer. Pro Impressions® will not accept responsibility for goods that are signed for by no other than The Buyer. Pro Impressions® does not offer the service of delivering goods to a neighbour or leaving goods in another safe place if The Buyer as such requests this from the postal/courier service it is at The Buyers own risk.

 

DELIVERY RATES

Delivery rates may vary upon the service when placing any order, depending on the service that you require. It is The Buyers responsibility to supply a correct delivery address at the time of placing any order. Pro Impressions® will accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Pro Impressions® reserves the right to amend delivery rates without prior notification to The Buyer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

If delivery is for outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; Pro Impressions® has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply with all the laws and regulations in the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Due to Brexit, all EU customers are now required to pay Customs Tax and/or Import Fees. Unfortunately Pro Impressions cannot be held responsible for this charge, the delivery costs you pay only cover what we pay to send the parcel out. If you refuse your parcel due to import fees/VAT we will deduct this and the delivery charges from your refund as it will be billed to us. 

 

 We aim to refund all returned goods within 3 working day after receipt of the return, please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed by your bank. Please also note that we are unable to refund any return postage unless the item/s returned are faulty or damaged.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

On the basis that an order is placed prior to 2.00pm on any working day, the order will be dispatched on the same day unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and Friday after 2.00pm will be processed the next working day (i.e Monday or Tuesday if a bank holiday occurs)

Every order is put on a tracked delivery.

 

LOYALTY REWARD SCHEME

 

  • For every £1 you spend  =  1 point.
  • Each point  =  £0.05.
  • Each point is valid for 365 days.
  • A minimum spend of £5 is needed to be entitled to use the loyalty voucher.
  • All points are applied to the base price of the product as tax and shipping costs are excluded from the scheme.
  • We have the right to withdraw the scheme without warning and the value of points are subject to change at any time.

 

CLAIMS

Pro Impressions® will not accept any responsibility for missing or damaged goods unless Pro Impressions® is advised within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, thereby Pro Impressions® is not liable to pay compensation on this basis.

 

Pro Impressions® is not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents, if a delivery signature has not been obtained, where the parcel has been left in a designated safe place at your request.

Pro Impressions® takes all care to ensure that all specifications and descriptions are accurate at the time of printing; however goods may have slight variations.
