Shipping
For all orders for delivery in the UK there will be a shipping charge of £3.80 for Recorded Signed For delivery.
Overseas Delivery:
For all non-mainland UK deliveries, please ring for a quote, on +44 (0)116 276 5150.
Prices:
Prices shown are in UK sterling and exclude VAT, which will be at 17.5% where applicable (Pro Impressions reserve the right to ammend prices without prior notification). Any orders from outside the European Union will have VAT removed form any goods ordered. You will be advised of your final card payment details when you receive your order. Please note: your destination country may levy customs and/or import duties.
Returns:
Products will only be returnable in the instance that the packaging is still sealed. Unless there is a manufacturing fault we will not accept any returns if the product has been used. This does not effect your statutory rights.
We will exchange any items wrongly ordered via the internet or mailorder. This will be subject to postal charges incurred by the customer.
Availability:
In the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by e-mail to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact info@proimpressions.com and your order will be revised or fully refunded.
